I'm super excited to announce The Pine City Scrapbooking Co Inc and Scrapbooking In The Pines Retreat Center LLC is officially up for sale! I'm ready to retire and would love to pass the torch on to the next person or people that would love to take the store into the future, the possibilities are endless in this building!

What is included with the sale is as follows:

A beautiful historic 10,000 square foot building with a full basement. The building is up to code with the state fire marshal and health department with yearly inspections. Our lodging license is current. We have a full security system with police and fire department and a full sprinkler system. There are forced air furnaces, central air conditioners and hot water heaters. 

The Pine City Scrapbooking Co is a turn-key business with a cloud based Point Of Sale, website, email list and full online store. We are highly visible on the internet taking orders from all over the country. The phone number, long standing billboard and cable internet goes with the sale as well. We have a detailed updated employee handbook in which the entire store could be run from.

The store will come with all of the inventory, matching gondolas, hooks, shelving, slat wall, plastic risers, metal risers, hanging paper trays, stacking paper trays. We have a large quantity of all so you should never need any more!

Scrapbooking In The Pines LLC will come with all bookings that are already on the books. The retreat has online booking already integrated into the POS and takes bookings 24 hour a day. All of the beds, tables, lights, bedroom and bathroom linens, cleaning supplies, chairs, computer, tvs, wardrobes, luggage racks, kitchen tables and chairs, refrigerators, all of the kitchen supplies.

I can also help with consulting as to where I have been ordering goods from and how to run the store and retreat on a daily basis. 

I would love to pass this dream on to a new dreamer! I have truly loved this 20 year journey and I'm excited and sad at the same time! With that said I would like to sell as soon as possible, it is Ella's last summer home and it would be great to spend the time with her and move her on to her next adventure.
