Fall Scrap & Stamp Rummage Sale

I'm so excited to announce a fall sale! I was inspired while digging around the store and basement, I was overwhelmed by all the wonderful supplies I have that I don't use anymore and thought why not give it a try. If you have great supplies and just don't have the room or just want to change up your style this is the sale for you! If you love a good deal then this is the sale for you! Our spring sale was a hit and many vendors just about sold everything they brought! The dates of the sale will be October 19th - November 3rd 2024

How To Became a Vendor

*Call the store at 320-629-9960 If you sold with us in the spring you can use your old number we just need you to call or email us at info@thepinecityscrapbookingco.com and let us know you will be participating and confirm your number.

*New for this sale!!!!! I am going to do a half off day on our last weekend for the sale. If you would like to participate in it you don't have to do anything special. If you wish to NOT participate you must mark the products you do not want to discount with firm clearly written on or very near your price tags. 

*Mark your items with your vendor number and a price. Please make sure you price in .25 increments. Please use sharpie, masking tape or painters tape so the tag does not fall off. Unmarked items can not be sold. 

*Drop off your items and sign your vendor form during the drop off dates: October 9th - 16th

*Pick up your unsold items during pick up dates. We can not accomodate early or late pick ups. Anything left after the pick up dates will be donated. No exemptions. Pick up dates: November 8th - Novemeber 24th

*Upon pick up you will receive a voucher with your total amount sold to be used at The Pine City Scrapbooking Co in the next 3 months.

The number one question for sellers is how much do I price my items. If you really love it and don't mind getting it back, price it high. If you really want to get rid of it, go low. I always error on the low side because I'm done with most of what I sell. 

It's a great idea to group small items together in a bag. Those items won't get lost in the shuffle and everyone loves a grab bag full of fun goodies! Same with paper, I always group paper and sell as a lot. Less damage and you are more likely to sell out and not have onsie twosies left over. 

How easy is that? So go through your crafty stash and start purging and making room for new things! It is a great time and place to get rid of your items as we have such a great turnout for our sale. So many crafty people under one roof!

Buyers: 

*Cash is the preferred methoud of payment. We do not accept credit or debit for the Scrap & Stamp Rummage Sale. If your are checking out store merchandise you can use any form of payment but the Rummage Sale items are cash.

*Bring patience, it's a super busy sale and check out lines take time. We do add extra check outs to speed things up.

*Bring reuseable bags to carry your treasures while you shop as we have limited baskets.

*Shop often! Things get stirred up through the days and new items appear!

Virtual Classes

I absolutely loooooove making mini books! These classes are virtual and will be posted in a private Facebook group so you can attend at your leisure and at your own pace. Each class has a bonus unique ephemera pack collected from my personal stash.

You will find all of these classes listed on our website under the Classes/Retreat tab. Don't delay there is a limited supply. You can purchase and pick up your kit at the store or you can have it shipped right to you. 

Make sure to leave us your email when you order your kit so we can send you your directions and a link to the private Facebook group.

In Person Card Class

Class is on September 19, 20th or 21st at 10:30. Each class is limited to 20 people per class and pre-registration must be done right through our website. Class begins at 10:30 and usually takes around 2 hours to complete. 

My card classes are a fun way to try out new and older products that you may have not have either used or used in awhile! We will be embossing, die cutting and using beautiful washi tape!

Please bring with you to class (Or can be purchased at the store.): Adhesive runner, foam tape or squares, liquid glue, tweezer and/or jewel picker and a bone folder.

I love teaching classes, and I can't wait to see you there!

Treasures 

I've been busy gathering treasures from my house, the store basement and all the nooks and crannies parting with treasures I've been collecting for years. It's been a walk down memory lane for sure! Some have been hard to part with but I really need to let them go. I add new things weekly, stop in and check them out you might find something for yourself or a gift!
