Jessica's Card Class

This just in from Jessica: Due to concerns over the spread of the COVID-19 virus, this weeks Card Class has been cancelled. The decision was a difficult one to make, but the health and safety of class participants and your families is what’s most important.

There will be to-go kits available for purchase at the store if you’d like to make the cards at home. Just stop by and pick one up along with any other products you need. The kits include all pieces to make the 8 cards, you’ll just need adhesive, scissors, and coloring supplies.
Thank you all for your understanding and stay healthy.

The Pine City Scrapbooking Co Still Open

As of 3/16/2020 we are still open for business as usual. As we all know this could change at any moment. We are complying with the recommendations of Governor Walz as well as the CDC. I would assume they will be shutting down all non-essential businesses very soon. With that said we will have curbside pickup as well as daily order shipping. We will be busy getting more of our inventory online in hopes you will choose us first for your scrapbooking and card making needs.

As of today Scrapbooking In The Pines is open for business as usual...sort of! We are moving tables to be the required distance apart as well as cleaning everything and having wipes and bleach for you to use as needed during your stay. We are also not running full capacity. Things will be changing fast and soon. If you want to cancel or postpone your stay you can do that without a problem. Just contact us via FB message, call the store or email us. We will be watching for any changes made by the CDC regarding maximum group gathering. We will also be watching to see if anything changes from the state level too.

I am terrified of not only this virus but what it will do to our paper crafting industry. I'm also terrified of how I will pay my store bills, how will I pay my household bills. Sadly our family had a financial emergency and used our emergency fund...great timing right?! So now I wait for this virus to consume a business I worked my butt off bringing back from the brinks of death after the last economic downturn? I don't know if we will recover...this is out of my control. I feel so defeated. But believe me if anyone can save this business it's me, I'm not a quitter. But I'm going to need your help, I can not do this alone. I hate to say this with all the choices in this world but, pick us. Every penny counts in a family business. If we don't have it in inventory 99% of the time I can order it in for you. We have recently added $20,000 of brand new product into inventory in the last two weeks (again great timing, it was all ordered months ago before any word of the virus.). We have amazing variety and I assure you it will be all hands on deck getting all of it to our online store. So please instead of heading to Amazon or any of the other online only stores you frequent, please oh, please help me in this fight, pick us. I promise when this is over and we all come back out of our houses, I am going to throw you all the best party! Please stay safe, virtually hug the ones you love.

I promise I will do everything in my power to keep The Pine City Scrapbooking Co alive and well for you all.
